    Joel Friedland, SIOR

    Joel oversees the asset management of multiple real estate investments. An accomplished real estate professional of 43 years, he relies on his considerable expertise and experience to provide clients with comprehensive solutions for acquiring, selling, leasing, relocating and investment. In 1991, Joel was a co-founder of Epic/Savage Realty Partners, a provider of real estate services to its valued clientele. In 2014, Joel and his partners sold their firm to Houston-based Transwestern, a multinational corporation with affiliates in the United States, Europe and Asia.

  • Eric acts in a property management and asset management role for the properties owned by Brit's existing Investor base. In addition, Eric works on behalf of Investors to identify industrial property acquisitions.

    Eric Schneider

    Eric acts in a property management and asset management role for the properties owned by Brit's existing Investor base. In addition, Eric works on behalf of Investors to identify industrial property acquisitions. He initially meets with potential sellers to determine their financial timing requirements and then utilizes his "deal-making skills" to satisfy the needs of the sellers while also matching our acquisition criteria. Eric's focus includes the purchase of vacant properties on a speculative basis in addition to acquisitions with a sale-leaseback feature.

  • As the acquisition manager, Logan sources, analyzes, negotiates the purchase of new investments, and assists with due diligence.

    Logan Leuthner

    As the acquisition manager, Logan sources, analyzes, negotiates the purchase of new investments, and assists with due diligence. His focus is typically on existing properties whether leased or vacant. Logan screens potential investments, valuing properties using tools like Excel and ARGUS, performing market research, and negotiating agreements. Logan establishes contact with potential sellers which often leads to long-term relationships. He makes offers on dozens of buildings per month.

  • Sam is responsible for identifying properties to purchase for investment. He directly contacts property sellers through door-to-door canvasing in industrial parks throughout the Chicago area.

    Sam Friedland

    Sam is responsible for identifying properties to purchase for investment. He directly contacts property sellers through door-to-door canvasing in industrial parks throughout the Chicago area.

    He also develops relationships with new Investors and maintains relationships with many of the existing Investors as well, in addition Sam enhances our relationship with the industrial real estate brokerage community. He also assists with property management activities. Sam is Joel's son.

  • Heather Eady

    Heather serves as Executive Assistant and Investor Relations Administrator.

    She oversees the preparation and distribution of investor documentation, maintains organized and readily accessible records, and supports ongoing communication regarding portfolio activity and investor reporting. She plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and a seamless experience for our investors and team at Brit Properties.

  • Bryan Rasche

    As Controller, Bryan oversees all aspects of accounting for the company.  He completes distributions on a quarterly basis to the Investors while making sure their accounts are accurately provided. Bryan handles the company's property accounting for its assets ensuring tenant rents are received and invoices are paid. He works with external accounting firms to ensure tax returns and K-1s are completed on a timely basis. 

    Prior to joining Brit Properties, he spent 5 years working at EQ Office, a subsidiary of Blackstone, managing strategic deicision making for over 4 million square feet of office buildings across the United States.  Prior to that he worked 12 years at Heitman in Investment Accounting. Bryan has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Purdue University, West Lafayette.

  • Mark Friedland

    Mark handles property insurance matters for our industrial real estate portfolio and internal corporate administration projects. He also participates in marketing projects to eatablish and maintain relationships with investors and property sellers. Mark is Joel’s brother and has been involved with the firm’s industrial portfolio for over 24 years.
