Your 2026 Q2 distribution(s) have been sent to your bank account via ACH. Please keep an eye on your account over the next few days to confirm receipt of all the funds. Your account statements are now available in the Juniper Square investor portal.

Q2 distributions are primarily derived from property cash flow and, in certain cases, may include a return of capital. In determining distributions, we consider rental income collected, operating expenses, upcoming capital expenditures, and prudent reserve requirements. Because Brit Properties operates with little to no debt, distributions are driven by property performance rather than financing conditions. We believe this conservative approach helps support a more stable and reliable income stream for our investors.

1)  Go to our website at britproperties.com and click the Investor Portal button at the top right of your screen.

2)  Log into your account.

3)  Click the “Investments” tab at the top of your screen — you'll see a list of your investment(s).

4)  Click on an individual investment to see its statement of account and distributions.
